Crown European Financial Ministries Conference 13th Jan 2012 - Report
Graham Cleveland and myself were invited to their European gathering, being hosted by Mark Lloydbottom at High Leigh conference centre, and about 50 people from Switzerland, Holland, Latvia, France etc listened to us for 90 minutes on the themes of 'Being a christian financial adviser' and then 'Undertaking a ministry to christian financial advisers'. Graham explained how God is brought into every part of Trinity Wealth Management, praying with christian clients, asking God to be Lord of their finances and working through goals -financial and otherwise. Needless to say some wonderful testimonies were included, especially those related to when clients really started putting God first in their finances. We had a chance to pray for delegates looking at setting their own Godly goals. I talked briefly about my journey in the secular IFA world and then, based on ACFA, how a ministry for financial advisers could operate considering not only their needs but also in how to release the potential and blessing which lies in such a group of christians.
